It was a vague question, but I threw it at ChatGPT anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ChatGPT\u306e\u8fd4\u7b54\u306f\u3001\u5358\u306a\u308b\u77e5\u8b58\u306e\u7f85\u5217\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ChatGPT\u2019s answer wasn\u2019t just a list of facts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8907\u96d1\u306a\u3053\u3068\u3092\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30eb\u306b\u4f1d\u3048\u3089\u308c\u308b\u4eba<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone who can explain complex things simply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u9593\u9055\u3044\u3092\u8a8d\u3081\u3089\u308c\u308b\u4eba<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone who can admit their mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4ed6\u4eba\u3092\u50b7\u3064\u3051\u305a\u306b\u4f1d\u3048\u3089\u308c\u308b\u4eba<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone who communicates without hurting others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u591a\u89d2\u7684\u306b\u7269\u4e8b\u3092\u898b\u3089\u308c\u308b\u4eba<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone who can see things from many perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u305d\u308c\u306f\u307e\u308b\u3067\u3001\u50d5\u304c\u65e5\u3005\u30e8\u30ac\u3092\u901a\u3058\u3066\u611f\u3058\u3066\u304d\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3068\u91cd\u306a\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306a\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It echoed exactly what I\u2019ve felt through practicing yoga every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I realized something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if that\u2019s what AI considers intelligent\u2014does it match what I believe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s what I believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u601d\u3044\u3084\u308a\u304c\u3042\u308a\u3001\u8996\u91ce\u304c\u5e83\u304f\u3001\u81e8\u6a5f\u5fdc\u5909\u306b\u5bfe\u5fdc\u3067\u304d\u3066\u3001\u7fa4\u308c\u305a\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u3001\u4ed6\u4eba\u306e\u5c0a\u53b3\u3082\u5927\u5207\u306b\u3067\u304d\u308b\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone who is kind, broad-minded, adaptable, not swayed by the crowd, believes in themselves, and respects others\u2019 dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4eba\u3068\u9055\u3063\u3066\u3044\u3044\u3002\u6d41\u884c\u306b\u6d41\u3055\u308c\u306a\u304f\u3066\u3044\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s okay to be different. You don\u2019t have to follow trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u4e2d\u306b\u201c\u8ef8\u201d\u304c\u3042\u308b\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What matters is having your own inner compass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5c11\u3057\u8003\u3048\u3066\u3001\u50d5\u306f\u7b54\u3048\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought for a moment and replied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300c\u4e89\u3044\u306e\u306a\u3044\u4e16\u754c\u3092\u3064\u304f\u308b\u529b\u300d\u3060\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this conversation with ChatGPT, the answer I carried inside me took shape in words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI\u306f\u4fbf\u5229\u306a\u9053\u5177\u3060\u3051\u3069\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u81ea\u8eab\u306e\u4fa1\u5024\u89b3\u3092\u6398\u308a\u4e0b\u3052\u308b\u201c\u76f8\u68d2\u201d\u306b\u3082\u306a\u308b\u3093\u3060\u306a\u3068\u611f\u3058\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI might just be a tool, but I realized it can also be a partner for digging deep into your values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u300c\u77e5\u6027\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u30c6\u30fc\u30de\u306f\u3001\u307e\u3055\u306b\u4eca\u306e\u6642\u4ee3\u306b\u3053\u305d\u554f\u308f\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u306a\u306e\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
